Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Germany. Additional destinations may be added in the future.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

· Standard Shipping (Germany): Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and order value.

Order Processing

· Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

· You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Return Policy

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving the order to return items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@peekufashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

· Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

· All original labels must remain attached and intact. Returns will not be accepted if labels have been removed or reattached.

· Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect.

Refund Process

· Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

· If you return an entire order, you will be refunded the amount you paid at the time of purchase. If you return fewer items than the entire order, you will only be refunded for the items you returned.

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
